Draft stuff:

  • Do you sometimes find it difficult to concentrate and make decisions?
  • Do you easily get ‘over-tired’ or find that a build up of stress affects your sense of physical and emotional well-being?
  • Do you sometimes struggle to ‘contain’ your frustration, anger or aggression?
  • Do you regularly suffer from colds, digestive problems or minor illnesses?
  • Or have you already experienced serious illness as a result of stress?
  • Do you sometimes wake in the night, thinking about work or problems that make it difficult to get back to sleep?
  • Do you sometimes wish that you could take better control of your day, relax more easily and enjoy life more?

It may surprise you to know that ‘stress’ is in fact a totally natural, healthy and normal part of life – what matters is our self-awareness and how well we respond when we experience stress, so as to prevent a build up of ‘over-stress’ which is damaging to our health and sense of well-being.
